Welcome to Croissant & Co.! We are that little place on the corner of High and Ferry in downtown Salem, OR. Come by at 6:00 A.M. Monday through Friday for our freshly baked pastries, croissants, or breakfast sandwiches. By 10:00 A.M. our soups are ready and you can order a sandwich anytime to take with you. Saturdays we do not open until 8:00 A.M. May through October we are open at 9:00 A.M. at the Salem Saturday Market, with hot breakfast and coffee served Al Fresco located on Summer Street and Marion.

The following buffet menus are designed for groups of 15 or more. All include freshly baked breads with butter, chilled sodas and bottled water and trays of assorted “sweet bites” for dessert. Prices include all necessary paper and plastic ware for service. Luncheon portion is $9.75 per person.




SALAD COURSE: CHOOSE ONE
*Green leaf and romaine with cucumber, tomato, red cabbage
and carrots. Dressings on the side.
*Spinach salad with blueberries, craisins, sliced red onion and poppy seed dressing.
*Hearts of romaine with sliced red onion, tomatoes, parmesan cheese
and homemade croutons. Caesar and ranch dressing on the side.

ANTIPASTI COURSE: CHOOSE ONE
*Fresh melons and grapes with orange slices and pineapple cubes.
*Marinated mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower and olives.

POULTRY COURSE: CHOOSE ONE
*Parmesan crusted chicken on a bed of shell pasta.
*Chicken saltimbocca with mushrooms, proscuitto and Marsala over ribbon pasta.
*Pomegranate glazed turkey breast with cornbread stuffing.
*Lemon chicken with poppy seeds over shell pasta.
*Butter basted turkey breast with whipped potatoes and pan gravy.
*Spicy chicken linguini with mushrooms and sweet peppers.

BEEF AND PORK COURSE: CHOOSE ONE
*Balsamic marinated pork loin with lemon honey sauce on a bed
of parmesan polenta.
*Roast pork loin with raspberry sauce and garlic whipped potatoes.
*Braised pork chops with apple sauce and sauerkraut with
caraway roasted red potatoes.
*Bourbon mustard glazed ham with whipped sweet potatoes.
*Hungarian meatballs with sweet peppers and couscous.
*Mushroom pepper steak stir fry over rice.
*Roasted top loin with mushroom gravy over ribbon pasta.
*Slow roasted Guinness pot roast with penne pasta and parmesan cheese.

VEGETARIAN OPTIONS:
Please substitute “vegetarian option” for either the meat or poultry course for groups under 35.
Groups over 35 may include this choice with no additional charge.

*Eggplant parmesan.
*Vegetarian lasagna with pesto and spinach.
*Linguini with lemon and cream sauce.
*Three cheese ziti with buttered cheese bread crumbs.
*Penne pasta with parmesan cheese and winter vegetables.

All of our menu items are prepared from scratch at our downtown location.
Because we use no prepared items we request a 72 hour notice for many items.
However, we can frequently accommodate shorter term reservations with adequate menu flexibility.
