The following single entrée buffet menus are designed to give maximum flexibility to group of all sizes. Side dishes and vegetarian options are listed separately to accommodate dietary needs and preferences. All include freshly baked bread and butter, chilled sodas and bottled water and trays of “sweet bites” for dessert. Prices include all necessary paper and plastic ware for service. Price per person for lunch portion is $9.75

FIRST SALAD

  • Green leaf & romaine with tomatoes, cucumber, red onion & celery with Caesar & ranch dressings on the side.
  • Green leaf, baby spinach, sliced radishes, tomatoes, cucumbers, craisins & sliced almonds. Ranch & poppy seed dressings on the side.
  • Iceberg, green leaf & romaine with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, mushrooms, white onions & blueberries. Ranch & Italian dressings on the side.

SECOND SALAD

  • Fresh melon & grapes with tangelo wedges on a bed of green kale.
  • Tabouli salad with bulgur, chopped parsley, tomatoes, green onion & fresh lemon juice.
  • Marinated vegetable salad with broccoli, cauliflower, red onion & tomatoes in Balsamic feta vinaigrette.

All of our menu items are prepared from scratch at our downtown location. Because we use no prepared items we request a 72 hour notice for many items.
